A fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management has acquired an office portfolio consisting of three properties located in Greater Munich, Dusseldorf and Dortmund, from Aspen Real Estate Investments.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
The properties were built between 2008 and 2014, have a total area of 48,000 square meters (517,000 square feet) and are fully leased.
