Ivanhoé Cambridge announced its investment in an 850,000-square-foot life sciences portfolio in India. The portfolio of R&D office and laboratory space in Hyderabad’s “Genome Valley” will be acquired alongside Lighthouse Canton, the existing asset manager with a track record of managing the portfolio with an experienced on-the-ground management team.
