Ivanhoé Cambridge announces new organizational structure

George Agethen has been named co-head of Asia Pacific at Ivanhoé Cambridge and will share the position with Karim Habra, current head of Europe and co-head of Asia Pacific. The appointment is part of structural changes for the organization that will focus geographically on five regional hubs: United States and Latin America; Canada; Quebec; Europe; and Asia Pacific. This will allow each hub to assume responsibility for the entire value-creation chain related to a property, elevating its asset-management approach to select the best tools to support each investment, whether direct, indirect or through funds.

Ezio Sicurella has been named head of the United States and Latin America. Reporting to Sicurella, Charles-Antoine Lussier takes the reins of residential, office and life sciences for the United States. Isabelle Martin, Mario Morroni, Adriano Mantesso and Martine Philibert will round out Sicurella’s management team.
