IPRS commits $67.5m to real asset vehicles

The Indiana Public Retirement System (IPRS) has committed $67.5 million to real assets vehicles, including Ardian Project Egide and Longpoint South Florida Logistics Portfolio. According to meeting materials, these commitments were made on Jan. 23, 2025, and Nov. 8, 2024, respectively.

Ardian Project Egide received $52 million and focuses on High Street retail in New York and Paris. A fundraising goal was not determined.

Longpoint South Florida Logistics Portfolio, a vehicle of Longpoint Partners, received $15 million and is a co-investment opportunity made alongside Longpoint Fund III. A fundraising goal was not disclosed.

IPRS is a public pension fund with $51 billion in total assets under management, as of Dec. 31, 2023. As of then, it had $3 billion in total real estate assets with an 8 percent allocation.
