IP Capital Partners prepares to invest $700m in Florida real estate

IP Capital Partners, a private real estate investment and asset management firm based in Boca Raton, Fla., has raised $51 million for its IPCP Florida Realty Value Fund III, which will invest in office and industrial assets in Florida.

According to a Jacksonville, Fla., news source, the firm is looking to invest up to $700 million in the Florida real estate market “when the time is right.”

Jason Isaacson, founding partner and president of IP Capital Partners, told Jax Daily Record that he does not anticipate making any firm investment commitments in the foreseeable future.

IPCP Florida Realty Value Fund III has an investment window of three years.

IP Capital was formed to focus exclusively on co-investing with various institutional and high-net-worth joint venture partners in office, retail and industrial real estate in the major growth areas of Florida, according to the firm’s website.
