IOI Properties Group (IOIPG) has signed an agreement to sell three plots of land at its IOI Industrial Park @ Banting in Banting, Malaysia, for RM 740.68 million ($187.7 million) to Bain Capital–backed Bridge Data Centers (BDC), according to a LinkedIn post.
“We are pleased to announce that Bridge Data Centers has acquired 136.03 acres to further expand their data center business model and this shows the confidence of our clientele towards IOIPG’s industrial parks,” said Dato’ Lee Yeow Seng, CEO of IOI Properties Group.
