Investcorp Holdings, a Manama, Bahrain-based global alternative investment firm, has acquired a multifamily property portfolio in the United States $330 million. A seller was not disclosed.
Located in three suburban markets, the 1,854 units portfolio comprises five multifamily residential properties, with an aggregate current occupancy of 96 percent. The markets include suburban areas of Atlanta, Ga.; Baltimore, Md., and Jacksonville, Fla.
The acquisition will expand the largest regional investment firm's multifamily portfolio in the U.S. to over 14,000 units across nearly 40 properties.
