Investcorp grows U.S. industrial real estate portfolio in South Florida and Denver with $200m acquisition

Investcorp has acquired a 1.3 million-square-foot, 31-building multitenant industrial real estate portfolio across two markets in South Florida and Denver for approximately $200 million.

The acquisition expands the firm’s presence in critical Southeast and Western markets and brings its industrial real estate holdings in the United States to approximately $5.1 billion comprising approximately 43 million square feet.

The portfolio is located in two of the nation’s best-performing industrial markets, and the investments are strategically located in desirable infill industrial areas that are convenient to major thoroughfares, strong transportation infrastructure, labor bases and residential neighborhoods.
