Investcorp, a global provider and manager of alternative investment products, has acquired on behalf of its European Real Estate business and entered the Dutch market through the acquisition of a €52 million ($57 million) class A office property in Rotterdam in partnership with Proptimize, a Netherlands-based real estate asset management and advisory firm. The property has been acquired from Cromwell Property Group in partnership with York Capital Management. A sales price was not disclosed.
Developed in 2008 and refurbished in 2016, the modern office complex, “The Mark”, includes two interconnected buildings, comprising approximately 23,000 square meters (248,000 square feet) of office accommodation.
