A venture led by Madison Capital has paid $206 million for the 88,000-square-foot office building in Manhattan, reported The Real Deal, sourcing property records and sources familiar with the deal.
Madison bought the property from Invesco, which acquired it in 2012 for $140 million.
The five-story property is located at 130 Prince Street.
