Invesco Real Estate raises $405m for value-added fund

Invesco Real Estate has raised an additional $100 million for its Invesco U.S. Value-Add Fund IV, according to a filing with the SEC. The fund has raised a total of $405 million.

Invesco Real Estate declined to comment on its fundraising efforts.

The fund launched in mid-2014 and raised $100 million within the first month. Invesco U.S. Value-Add Fund IV is targeting $500 million in equity commitments to invest across the four main property types.
