Invesco Real Estate promotes Cristiano Stampa and David Kellett to new senior roles in Europe
Invesco Real Estate has promoted long-standing executives Cristiano Stampa and David Kellett to two new senior roles in Europe.
Stampa, who was recently head of transactions for Southern Europe and has been with the firm since 2017, will take on the new role of head of investments, Europe. He will manage a large team focused on areas such as investment performance, execution of the firm’s European growth business plan, and interaction across all of Invesco Real Estate’s European markets via country-specific teams.
Kellett, who was previously head of hotel transactions and has been with the firm since 2018, will take on the new role of head of alternative investments, Europe. The Pan-European team will incorporate sector expertise in hotels, the residential and living sectors, and other alternative real estate sub-sectors, investing across the risk spectrum on behalf of Invesco Real Estate’s institutional clients.
