Invesco Real Estate has acquired Crossroads Logistics Park, a three-building, 814,320-square-foot class A logistics park in Spartanburg, S.C.
Crossroads Logistics is within South Carolina’s Upstate logistics corridor. Located near the intersection of Interstates 85 and 26, Crossroads Logistics Park serves one of the Southeast’s premier logistics and manufacturing corridors. The park benefits from access to the South Carolina Inland Port and the nearby BMW Manufacturing campus.
The project sits within a four-hour drive radius covering more than 18.7 million consumers and less than 10 miles from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and less than 90 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the sixth-busiest airport in the United States.
During the marketing process, the project leased its final suite and reached 100 percent stabilization.
