Intertrust Group has appointed Jon Barratt as managing director of its Singapore office.
In this role, Barratt will lead the strategic agenda in Singapore as Intertrust continues to become a tech-enabled corporate and fund solutions provider. The growth of Intertrust’s operations in the region underlines the importance of Singapore as a strategic hub for the group and a gateway to Asia. With over 100 employees, Intertrust Singapore provides a wide range of services including fund and trust administration, real estate, as well as corporate services to private and corporate clients looking to roll out corporate structures in Singapore.
Barratt’s new role as managing director of Intertrust Singapore follows his long-standing position as head of real estate within the company’s global fund services division.
