International Campus begins construction on two-part apartment block in Frankfurt

International Campus (IC), an investor, developer and operator of concepts for student living and urban living in Europe, has broken ground on a two-part apartment block in Frankfurt.

With more than 14,000 square meters (150,694 square feet) of gross floor area, the apartment scheme of the HAVENS LIVING brand will deliver 154 fully furnished, single-occupancy apartments, along with a number of community areas such as a shared kitchen, a landscaped rooftop patio and bar, and an underground car park.

The scheme is expected to reach completion in fourth quarter 2023.

“Frankfurt’s vibrant district of Bockenheim is the perfect location for our next HAVENS LIVING product,” said Michael Stapf, CIO of IC. “With the HAVENS LIVING Frankfurt, which will be known as ‘MAIN VOLTA,’ we are creating additional temporary accommodation and will thereby bring some relief to the regular rental housing market.”
