Intercontinental Real Estate Corp., a national real estate investment, development and management firm and an SEC-registered investment adviser, has promoted Bart Weinstein and Matt Harrington to senior managing directors — co-heads of institutional services.
Weinstein has been a member of the Intercontinental team for 12 years, and Harrington has been at Intercontinental for nine years. They previously served as directors for the institutional services team at Intercontinental.
In their new roles, Weinstein and Harrington will oversee the institutional services team. They also will continue to work closely with institutional investors and investment consultants, growing and servicing Intercontinental’s investor base.
