Sean Ruhmann has joined Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. as COO.
Ruhmann will partner closely with Intercontinental’s senior leadership team to help strengthen the firm’s operating platform and support its continued development over the long term.
Ruhmann has spent his career at some of the world’s most respected companies (IBM, Goldman Sachs, NEPC, and TA Realty), with experience both within and beyond institutional real estate. He has served in senior roles across investment management, portfolio construction, fund formation, capital markets and firm operations. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his disciplined approach to risk management, operational excellence and collaborative leadership.
