Inside the micro-bay opportunity: Jadian shares why operating platforms matter

As institutional interest in micro-bay industrial continues to grow, Jadian Capital has expanded its commitment to WareSpace, a vertically integrated micro-bay industrial company. The firm announced in July that it increased its equity commitment to WareSpace to more than $500 million.  WareSpace provides heavy-duty storage and workspace to small businesses in modern warehouses. Jadian is an investment manager focused on building and scaling platforms in alternative real estate sectors. In an IREI exclusive interview, Jarret Cohen, managing partner and founder of Jadian, and Matthew Hennessy, director at the firm, discuss the evolution of the sector, what is driving the opportunity and why operating platforms matter.
