Inland Real Estate Group to sell three-property Florida multifamily portfolio for $168m

The Inland Real Estate Group has plans to sell three Florida multifamily properties for $168.5 million.

The portfolio comprises 741 units. Buyers will have the option to buy as a portfolio or individually.

Rivertree, located in Riverview, Fla. (Tampa MSA), totals 251 units on a 14.44-acre garden-style community with 12 two-story residential buildings. Brantley Pines is a 9.11-acre, 296-unit property is located in Fort Myers, Fla.  And Cypress Pointe has eight three-story buildings with 194 units, located in Orange Park, Fla. (Jacksonville MSA).
