Inland National Development Co. (INDC), a member company of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, has plans to co-develop Citywalk Apartments, a 342-unit, market-rate multifamily community in downtown Rochester, Minn., directly across from Mayo Clinic’s downtown campus. Construction on Citywalk Apartments is expected to begin this month, with completion anticipated in 2028.
