Infill Industrial Partners (IIP) has announced the acquisition of a three-building, 385,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Seattle’s Kent Valley submarket.
The deal marks IIP’s fifth acquisition in the past 12 months, underscoring the firm’s continued investment activity across its target West Coast markets.
