Greg Genovese, a 25-year commercial real estateand securities industry veteran, has launched U.S. Global Realty Capital (USG). The firm will focus primarily on high-credit quality tenants in smaller to medium-sized net-leased retail properties.
Genovese will oversee all aspects of USG’s real estate securities operations with a focus on its distribution and sales platform, securities development, advisory services, marketing and asset management services, according to GlobeSt.com.
Genovese has held various executive management, distribution leadership, sales and marketing positions at firms including Grubb & Ellis Securities, Wells Real Estate Funds, Cowen & Co., and the former Bear Stearns.
