U.K. multitenant industrial real estate platform Industrials REIT has made its first investment since being bought by Blackstone earlier this year.
The seller were clients of Swiss Life Asset Managers U.K. The sales price was not disclosed.
The asset was Rochester Trade Park, totals 40,000 square feet, with 14 units and is full occupied.
