INDUSTRIA acquires two asset management mandates worth more than €350m

INDUSTRIA, a residential real estate, investment fund and asset manager based in Frankfurt and part of the Becken Group, has acquired two asset management mandates in a volume exceeding €350 million ($387 million). These break down into a total of around 2,200 residential units located all over Germany. Both mandates originated from the insolvent d.i.i. Group. INDUSTRIA is thereby significantly increasing its assets under management to a new total of €5.1 billion ($5.6 billion). 

The first of the two mandates acquired includes assets worth more than €150 million ($166 million), with HANSAINVEST acting as its new AIF management company. The regional focal points of the portfolio are the cities of Cologne, Hanover, Bremen and Minden, which account for about 1,000 residential units.
