IN-DEPTH: Two California firms buy Hawaiian resort property

THE DEAL

The AAA Five-Diamond Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, located on the island of Maui, had a sales price between $141 million and $143 million. The seller was Lantern Asset Management. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller. The deal was announced on Feb. 27.
