The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua Resort in Kapalua, Hawaii, was sold to a partnership between Michael Rosenfeld’s Woodridge Capital Partners and Colony Capital and its affiliates including Colony Financial. Here's an in-depth look at the deal.



The AAA Five-Diamond Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, located on the island of Maui, had a sales price between $141 million and $143 million. The seller was Lantern Asset Management. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller. The deal was announced on Feb. 27.
