Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund slates $75m for Crow Holding Realty Partners X

The $49.9 billion Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) has approved up to $75 million of commitments to Crow Holding Realty Partners X, according to a recent investment report.

Crow Holdings Realty Partners X invests in value-add and opportunistic real estate assets across the United States, primarily in industrial and multifamily as well as in specialty-sector opportunities. The fundraising target for Crow Holdings Realty Partners X is $3 billion.

IMRF is an existing investor in Crow Holdings’ funds, with $293.1 million in aggregate commitments.
