The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) has greenlighted a commitment of up to $100 million in Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund VI.
Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund VI’s investment strategy focuses on single-tenant, triple-net lease assets throughout the United States. The vehicle has a fundraising target of $5 billion.
Other recent investors include the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System and the Oregon State Treasury.
IMRF is an existing investor in Oak Street funds, totaling $275 million in aggregate commitments.
