IGIS Asset, Hana buy $390m U.S. Amazon logistics portfolio

South Korea–based IGIS Asset Management Co. and Hana Financial Investment Co. have jointly acquired three pre-completed logistics centers in the United States for $390 million, which are under a long-term lease to Amazon.com Inc., reported The Korea Economic Daily, citing unnamed sources.

The firms made the purchase through a joint venture with Scannell Properties.

The assets are located in Stafford, Va.; Kansas City, Mo.; and Lakeville, Minn. Amazon is under contract for 15 years.
