IDS Real Estate Group, in a joint venture with an institutional pension investor, has leased 74,525 square feet of warehouse distribution space to WestRock Corp. at Hogum Bay Logistics Center (HBLC), a 1.1 million-square-foot, three-building logistics campus located at 8000 Hogum Bay Road NE in Lacey, Wash. The lease brings HBLC to 80 percent leased prior to the completion of construction.
WestRock is a leading provider of paper and packaging solutions with more than 50,000 employees located in more than 320 manufacturing facilities, design centers, research labs, and sales offices around the world. WestRock is joining Uline Corp., which consolidated multiple facilities into 800,000 square feet at HBLC in fourth quarter 2018.
