ICG, the global alternative asset manager, announced two new senior hires to support the expansion of its real estate platform into North America.
Tim Fuzesi joins as a managing director and head of North America real estate, while Nick Donatiello joins as a principal. The team will report into Krysto Nikolic, global head of real estate at ICG, with a mandate to expand ICG Real Estate’s business in North America, primarily focused on investments in real asset platforms and operating companies. Tim and Nick will both be based in ICG’s New York office.
Prior to joining ICG, Fuzesi was a managing director at CrossHarbor Capital, where he scaled the New York team into a multidisciplinary office. Before this, he worked at Safanad.
