IC delivers new student housing block near Freiburg University

The International Campus Group (IC), a developer and operator of micro-living concepts in Northern Europe, has delivered a six-story student apartment block near Germany’s Freiburg University.

Known as “THE FIZZ Freiburg Mitte” the building offers extensive community areas and 344 fully equipped apartments for single and double occupancy, with rooms ranging from 18 to 58 square meters (193 to 624 square feet) in size. THE FIZZ Freiburg Mitte extends over a gross floor area of 15,200 square meters (163,611 square feet), and the underground car park provides 74 car and 350 bicycle parking spots.

This is the second apartment building IC has delivered for students in Freiburg, after opening THE FIZZ Zähringen with 149 apartments in 2014.
