Howard Kennedy, a law firm based in London, has strengthened its real estate practice with the appointment of Huseyin Huseyin as a partner.
Huseyin, a highly experienced real estate solicitor, brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. He has provided strategic advice to national house builders and developers on the acquisition, planning, development and disposal of high-value residential-led, mixed-use schemes constructed on greenfield and brownfield sites in London and the South East.
Huseyin joins Howard Kennedy from Harold Benjamin, where he was a partner in property development, construction and planning for more than six years.
Huseyin is the fourth new partner to join Howard Kennedy since January, demonstrating progress in the firm’s expansion strategy of senior hires.
