Hong Kong property developer Chinachem Group has paid HK$532 million ($68.64 million) for a residential development site (Lot 1003 in DD 214) at Hiram’s Highway near Heung Chung Road, Ho Chung, Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong.
Chinachem has plans invest a total of around HK$1 billion ($130 million) in the project. The development scheme reportedly will comprise both apartment units and single-family houses.
