Hong Kong developer K&K has acquired two office properties in London’s West End — Endeavour House on Shaftesbury Avenue and Corinthian House at 279 Tottenham Court Road — reported Mingtiandi.
The seller of Endeavour House was Aberdeen Standard Investments. The office space totals 7,900 square meters (85,040 square feet), and the purchase price was £115 million (€127 million/$155 million).
This is the foreign investor’s second office acquisition in the West End in December, after its purchase of BP’s London headquarters for £250.1 million (€276 million/$338 million).
K&K is also purchasing Corinthian House, located a third of a mile from Endeavour House, for £65 million (€72 million/$88 million) from Deloitte.
