HNA to sell London building at discount price

by Andrea Zander

Chinese conglomerate HNA Group Co. has plans to sell a London office property, the former U.K. headquarters of Thomson Reuters Corp., at a sharp discount, according to Bloomberg.

The buyer reportedly is U.K. investment manager LS Estates, which is seeking to purchase the property on behalf of an Asian client.

The sales price is £135 million ($176 million).

The sale is part of HNA’s liquidation plan of selling its assets across the globe.
