Greg Cooper has joined Hines U.K. as director of industrial and logistics, a new role thathas been created as part of the firm’s plans to enter the market this year and further diversify its current portfolio of prime office, retail and student accommodation assets across the country.
Cooper has more than 10 years of experience specializing in investment, development and asset management of U.K. logistics. Most recently, he
spent eight years as a market adviser with Cushman & Wakefield.
