Hines raises more than €720m in final close

Hines has closed fundraising for its European Value Fund, with total equity commitments exceeding €720 million ($840 million), surpassing its goal.

Hines European Value Fund has a €1.25 billion ($1.39 billion) equity fundraising target and will invest in office, retail, logistics, residential and mixed-use opportunities in primary institutional markets, specifically the European Union (plus Norway).
