Hines makes two hires for its capital markets team

Hines has appointed Cameron Falconer and J.D. Sitton to its capital markets team.

Falconer transitions to his new role as COO/deputy head of capital markets from the firm’s West region, with significant experience serving investors through development and acquisitions totaling more than 15 million square feet. He will remain in San Francisco. The team will be responsible for coordinating capital raises for flagship discretionary funds and strategic separate accounts, as well as orchestrating and supporting coverage of important real estate investors globally.

Falconer joined Hines in 1997 and has contributed to the development, acquisition, financing, marketing and disposition of more than 15 million square feet of commercial real estate. Before joining Hines, Falconer acquired diverse experience in design, feasibility analysis, project management and development with a major Canadian pipeline company.
