Hines makes senior promotions for U.K. growth

Hines has announced two senior promotions in its U.K. team to accelerate the growth of its portfolio in London and key regional markets.

Jake Walsh, who has been with the business for 10 years, has been promoted to managing director, where he will be responsible for acquisitions, with a particular focus on the office and retail sectors. Walsh was instrumental in securing Hines’s two flagship mixed-use schemes on London Oxford Street, and is exploring opportunities to rebuild the firm’s portfolio of large-scale, prime office assets in central London and beyond.

Emme Haycock, who joined Hines three years ago from Intu, has been promoted to director, working in the asset management team where she has responsibility for a number of the firm’s retail properties.
