Hines has made its strategic entry into the Pune office market through a partnership with local developer Goel Ganga Corporation.
Hines will masterplan a 43-acre proposed IT Park site in Kharadi totaling nearly 7 million square feet. The first phase of the initial development will be 2.4 million square feet of class A office space.
