Credit Suisse Luxembourg has been appointed by Hines to service a range of locally domiciled real estate investment funds (AIFs).
The mandate includes AIFMD-compliant asset custody and depositary services, alongside banking and reporting services, notably for Hines’ flagship Hines Pan-European Core Fund.
“After a thorough selection and due diligence process, we have decided to team up with Credit Suisse, as they bring compelling value to the table. Beyond robust operations and hands-on client service, they go the extra mile to contribute to our funds’ success,” said Margaret Fitzgerald, managing director at Hines.
