Hines has appointed two asset managers in its U.K. team to accelerate the growth of its student accommodation and industrial and logistics portfolios.
Alexandra Gumuchian joins Hines U.K. as an asset manager on the student-housing team as part of the firm’s continuing expansion strategy in this key sector. Gumuchian will be responsible for managing Hines U.K.’s 11 student-housing assets in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She joins Hines from iQ Student Accommodation, where she worked as an investment associate, and also has five years of experience working at Savills.
Mickey Scott joins the firm as an asset manager in the industrial and logistics team. He will be responsible for managing the growing portfolio of Hines U.K. logistics assets, both within its joint venture portfolio with Chancerygate and those managed on behalf of the firm’s discretionary funds.
