HIH Invest acquires Düsseldorf landmark office property

HIH Invest has acquired the Dreischeibenhaus office property in Düsseldorf, Germany, alongside institutional investors through a club deal. The seller is the Schwarz-Schütte family, which will retain an interest in the investment structure. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The landmark property is located in Düsseldorf’s central business district and encompasses approximately 347,000 square feet, including about 321,000 square feet of office space. The 1960-built property was extensively revitalized in 2014 and is LEED Gold certified.

The building is nearly fully leased to tenants including Hogan Lovells, Gleiss Lutz, DLA Piper, A&O Shearman, Kearney, JLL and LGT Bank. The property also includes restaurant, storage and archive space, and 276 parking spaces.
