High Street Real Estate Fund VI holds $500m final close

High Street Real Estate Fund VI, managed by High Street Logistics Properties, has raised $500 million at its final close. The fund will look to acquire $1 billion in assets in its target distribution markets, which include Chicago, Northern New Jersey, Central Pennsylvania, Atlanta, Florida and Texas.

The fund was backed by existing investors and several new top-tier, institutional investor relationships. The investor base consisted of insurance companies, public and corporate pension funds, and other institutional investors from the United States and Europe.

High Street Real Estate Fund VI was formed to acquire small-box warehouse distribution assets in the eastern two-thirds of the United States, with a specific focus on class A and class B infill properties.

The fund has made nine investments to date, representing 25 percent of the fund’s total commitments.
