Henderson raises $150 million for sixth CASA fund

Henderson Global Investors has raised $150 million for its CASA Partners VI, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The multifamily value-added fund has a $500 million fundraising goal. A final close date was not disclosed.

CASA Partners V closed in March with $155 million in equity commitments. The fund has multifamily assets located in Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas and Washington state.

CASA IV closed in 2007 with $205 million. It is fully invested. Its portfolio comprises 15 value-added apartment assets and has a total gross value of $501 million, according the firm’s website.
