Henderson Park purchases prime mixed-use campus in Dublin
Henderson Park, a pan-European private equity real estate platform, has purchased a 247,890-square-foot prime mixed-use campus in Ireland, from an affiliate of New York–based Marathon Asset Management.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Completed between 2005 and 2008, Heuston South Quarter (HSQ) is an urban campus made up of six distinct multi-story buildings, with a high-quality mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
The building comprises 266 residential apartments, office and retail space, and includes a 3.63-acre development site with zoning for future developments. The residential aspect of the building is known to have a history of high occupancy.
The retail and office aspects of the building extend 75,500 square feet, across four blocks. The retail is anchored by SuperValu, a national supermarket. Other retail tenants include a gym, a coffee shop, a nursery and a pharmacy, providing a broad mix of amenities for offi
