U.K.-based Henderson Park has launched a new fund, according to a registration form filed with the SEC in June.
Henderson Park Real Estate Fund II (HPREF II) is a value-add/opportunistic fund that will invest in various property types in Europe. The diversified fund is reportedly targeting €3 billion ($4 billion) in capital commitments.
The previous fund in the series, HPREF I, completed its $2.2 billion fundraise in 2019. The fund focused primarily on hotel, office, industrial and student housing properties, as well as multifamily assets across Europe.
