Henderson Park has appointed Tyler Rothenberg as a managing director, based in Charleston, S.C.
Rothenberg will help lead the U.S. investment platform, focusing on sourcing and executing investment opportunities, strengthening regional and capital relationships, and supporting the firm’s continued expansion across North America.
Before joining Henderson Park, Rothenberg served as a managing director at Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, where he led the firm’s West Coast real estate office and was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the United States. During his 15-year tenure at Cerberus, Rothenberg oversaw a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, hospitality, residential, land, and office assets working closely with leading local operating partners.
