Henderson Park has appointed Liza Kunkel as global head of communications.
Kunkel is based in Charleston, S.C., and will join the firm’s capital partnerships team. She will be responsible for leading Henderson Park’s global communications and reputation strategy.
At Henderson Park, Kunkel will oversee investor communications, the firm’s global press office and relationships with media and external stakeholders. She also will serve as a spokesperson for the firm.
Kunkel brings more than a decade of experience in communications roles within investment organizations. Most recently, she served as global head of communications at Greystar Real Estate Partners, where she established the firm’s enterprise-wide communications function, including strategy, internal communications and corporate marketing.
