Henderson Land Development won a tender for a residential project in Hong Kong’s To Kwa Wan for HK$8.1 billion ($1.04 billion), reported The Standard.
The project, which covers a site area of 7,406 square meters (79,717 square feet), commenced in March 2016. Upon completion, it will provide a maximum total gross floor area of 66,654 square meters (717,458 square feet).
